Yes, for every order tracking will be emailed when it ships.

Depending on your choice of shipping option any where between 2-10 days.  However if the item is a pre sale item you will have to wait until we get that item from the breeder. 

No, we didn’t breed or handle your seeds other than sending them to you.  We never had any contact with the actual seeds.  Any issues need to be taken up with the breeder directly.  Some will replace some wont, their decision is final. 

No problem at all.  Please let us know via email and we will make it right.  If you did not get a item we will check our camera as we take a photo of each and every order as it ships.  If it is indeed not included we will ship the item immediatly.  If it was a wrong item we will send a pre paid envelope for the wrong items return, and then send your proper seeds.

Of Course!  We would be more than happy to combine your orders provided that neither has shipped.  Doing so will result in only one shipping fee.

If paying by mail you have to provide us a tracking number for payment within 48 hours or your order will be cancelled.  If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday we will extend your payment window accordingly.
